Refund policy

At OMRY Fragrances, your satisfaction matters. We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unsprayed, and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or email confirmation

Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we cannot accept exchanges on opened or used products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Eligible Exchange Scenarios

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged, leaking, or defective
  • You would like to exchange an unopened fragrance for a different OMRY scent of equal or lesser value

Exchanges are not available for change of mind on opened products, final sale items, gift cards, or bundle sets where any item has been opened.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@omryfragrances.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no cost to you.

How to Start an Exchange

Email us at info@omryfragrances.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We will review your request and provide next steps. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.
