Shipping policy
All OMRY Fragrances orders are shipped from Detroit, Michigan, USA.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods such as sales, launches, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) 3 to 7 business days - FREE on orders $80 and over
- Standard Shipping on orders under $80 - flat rate calculated at checkout
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) 2 to 3 business days - available at checkout
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express) 1 to 2 business days - available at checkout
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. OMRY Fragrances is not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. OMRY Fragrances does not collect or pre-pay duties.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
OMRY Fragrances is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors or building management, contact your local post office with your tracking number, and email us at info@omryfragrances.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. OMRY Fragrances is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email info@omryfragrances.com and we will attempt to update the address before shipment.
Fragrance Shipping Note
All OMRY Fragrances comply with USPS, UPS, and FedEx regulations for shipping fragrance products. Some express air options may not be available due to carrier restrictions on flammable goods.
